Every Meri Jaan piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you rather than pulled off a shelf. It’s a little slower than mass-produced jewellery, and that’s exactly the point: your piece is created just for you, with care.

Free shipping on every order
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Delivery time
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the time you order to delivery. This covers both the time to make your piece and shipping it to you.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow your piece all the way to your door.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the mainland United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at customercare@merijaan.co and we’ll do our best to update it before your piece ships.

Delayed or lost packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email us at customercare@merijaan.co and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
