Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Meri Jaan piece. Please review our policy below before purchasing.

Order cancellations (within 3 days)
You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, email us at customercare@merijaan.co with your order number as soon as possible.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your piece is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at customercare@merijaan.co with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.

Exchanges for sizing
Ring sizing can be tricky. If your piece doesn't fit, email us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@merijaan.co, and we'll arrange an exchange for the correct size.

General returns
Because every Meri Jaan piece is ordered specifically for you, we are unable to accept general returns outside of the situations above.

Where a refund applies, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at customercare@merijaan.co.
